The purchase of a license(registration) is required if an applet is used on a commercial internet or intranet site.As commercial site is defined a site that advertises or sells products or services, or even a non profitable site that has people who are paid for creating and maintaining it.

As a registered user of any of the geo applets you will receive: free technical support via email and free updates. You have the right to use the applet as many times as you like on a single site. As a single site is considered a site which has the same fully qualified domain name. Licenses are not time limited. Each applet used requires a separate license. Using the applet on more than one commercial site(domain) requires a separate license for each site. The license also comes with a disclaimer of warranty which is mentioned at the end of this page.
